Discovery/Exploratory Call

We set up a call with you to start learning about your needs and challenges, and how we may be able to help.  We dig into some of your operational details, such as distribution, integration with other systems, etc.

For many publishers, all we need is a 15 minute call.  For others, a more in-depth analysis of contracts, sales data, and reports may be needed.  We frequently sign mutual NDA’s to give you piece of mind in sharing your information.

Demo

After the Exploratory Call and our mutual confirmation that there may be a fit, we will set up an online demo.  You and any interested colleagues join us on a GoToMeeting session as we walk you through the Royalty Management Lifecycle, and how our tools help with all aspects of it.

From our learnings during the Exploratory phase, we can dig deeper into some of your specific needs.  We can also use this opportunity for further discovery into your detailed requirements.
