We know it works. We know you’ll be satisfied. That’s why we don’t need to charge for it.
When a vendor charges you for implementation, they’re being paid for the time the process takes. The longer it takes, the more they earn. By covering your implementation at no cost, we’re doing the opposite.

Data Migration
Most vendors hand you a long list of formats, requirements, and restrictions, and tell you to come back when your data meets the spec. We do the opposite. Send us what you have. We’ll review it, tell you honestly what’s feasible, and then do it. If there are gaps, we’ll explain them clearly and walk you through your options.

What If the Software Doesn’t Do Exactly What You Need?
Royalty Tracker® and MetaComet® Rights have been refined over 25 years of continuous, customer-driven improvement. Most of our customers say our software meets their needs directly out of the box. If it doesn’t, we’ll either show you a workaround that fits your workflow, or quote you a paid customization. Either way, you’ll know exactly what your options are before you commit.
How It Works
- Choose your plan and prepay six months to lock in your rate and your implementation slot.
- Send us your data in whatever form you have it. We’ll handle the review and the import.
- Review and approve your migrated data in a staging environment before anything goes live.
- We’ll perform Royalty Tracker® “parallel runs” for 1-2 royalty periods to validate accuracy.
- Go live with confidence, knowing your data is accurate and your team is trained and ready.
