AI tools help us develop, test, and improve our software more efficiently. For customers, this means more new features with better quality, faster delivery, and now, free implementation.
However, AI models produce answers based on probability, meaning they are probably right. And “probably” right is not acceptable. Your royalty statements need to be exactly right, every time, with an audit trail to prove it.
That’s why MetaComet’s royalty calculations remain rules-based, auditable, repeatable, and not AI-generated or probabilistic.
It’s also important to know that when you contact our customer success department, you’ll reach a human expert who understands your specific rights and royalties challenges. Our customers deserve knowledgeable, personalized support, not chatbots
We do not use customer data to train AI models or feed customer data into public AI tools.
